Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners about how their site is being used.
How we use cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies (including local storage) in two ways:
- Strictly necessary — these are essential for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They include the cookie that stores your consent preference (
lv_consent). - Analytics and advertising — these help us understand how visitors use our site and how our advertising campaigns are performing. They are only loaded after you have given consent.
Cookies we set
| Name | Type | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
lv_consent | Necessary (localStorage) | Stores your cookie consent preference — either accepted or rejected. Without this we would ask for your preference on every page visit. | Until cleared |
Third-party cookies (analytics & advertising)
If you accept cookies, we load the following third-party scripts which may set their own cookies on your device:
| Service | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Google LLC | Tag management container. Loads analytics and advertising tags when consent is given. |
| Google Analytics (GA4) | Google LLC | Measures site traffic, page views, and visitor behaviour to help us improve our content and marketing. |
| Google Ads | Google LLC | Tracks conversions from our advertising campaigns and enables remarketing. |
For more information about how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Cal.com (booking page only)
Our booking page embeds a scheduling widget provided by Cal.com. This is a functional service — it is required to make the booking calendar work and is only loaded on that page. Cal.com may set session cookies to power the scheduling interface. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy for details.
Managing and withdrawing consent
You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing the lv_consent key from your browser's local storage. The easiest way to do this is:
- Open your browser's developer tools (usually F12 or right-click → Inspect)
- Go to the Application tab (Chrome/Edge) or Storage tab (Firefox)
- Expand Local Storage → select our site
- Delete the
lv_consententry - Reload the page — the consent banner will reappear
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies entirely. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies or scripts we use. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
